- Mini Hot Dogs:
- 12 mini hot dogs (or cocktail sausages)
- 12 small slider buns or dinner rolls

- 1/2 cup sauerkraut (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the Grill:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the Hot Dogs:
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mini hot dogs with the olive oil mixture.
- Grill the Hot Dogs:
- Place the mini hot dogs on the grill. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and have grill marks.
- Prepare the Slider Buns:
- While the hot dogs are grilling, you can prepare the slider buns. If you like, you can lightly toast the buns on the grill for a minute or two, cut side down, until they are golden brown.
- Assemble the Sliders:
- Place each grilled mini hot dog into a slider bun.
- Top with your choice of condiments and toppings. You can use mustard, ketchup, relish, chopped onions, shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, and sauerkraut.
- Serve:
- Arrange the sliders on a platter and serve immediately.
