– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
– 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
– 2 green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)

#### Instructions:

1. **Cook the Noodles:**
– Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. If using thin spaghetti, cook until just tender. Drain and set aside.

2. **Prepare the Sauce:**
– In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and ground white pepper. Set aside.

3. **Cook the Vegetables:**
– Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
