Instructions:
1. Preheat Air Fryer:
– Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
2. Prepare Potatoes:
– Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
– Using a fork, poke several holes all over each potato to allow steam to escape during cooking.
3. Season Potatoes:
– Rub the potatoes with olive oil to coat them evenly.
– Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper all over the potatoes, ensuring they are well seasoned.
4. Air Fry Potatoes:
– Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not touching.
– Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 35-45 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes. Turn the potatoes halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
– The potatoes are done when the skin is crispy and a fork can easily pierce the flesh.
5. Serve:
– Carefully remove the baked potatoes from the air fryer using tongs or an oven mitt.
– Let them cool slightly, then slice them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
