- 4-5 ice cubes
- A pinch of cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the ingredients:
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- If you want a thicker lassi, use frozen banana slices.
- Blend the ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, yogurt, milk (or water), honey or sugar, and ground cardamom (if using).
- Add the ice cubes and blend everything until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust:
- Taste the lassi and add more honey or sugar if you’d like it sweeter, or more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- Serve:
- Pour the banana lassi into glasses.
- Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon or extra cardamom if desired.
