Chicken Pecan Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- If not already done, cook and dice the chicken breast. You can poach, grill, or bake it according to your preference.
- Toast the Pecans:
