Ingredients:

**For the Chicken:**
– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Vegetable oil, for frying

**For the Sauce:**
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

**For Serving:**
– Cooked pasta (such as fettuccine or linguine)
– Steamed vegetables (optional)

#### Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Breading Station:**
– Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mixture of panko breadcrumbs, Italian-style breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

2. **Bread the Chicken:**
– Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
– Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess.
– Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, then coat it thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure an even coating.

3. **Fry the Chicken:**
– Heat about 1/4 inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
– Fry the breaded chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
– Transfer the cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

4. **Make the Sauce:**
– In a separate skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
– Add the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
– Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and continue to simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

5. **Serve:**
– Slice the fried chicken breasts into strips.
– Serve the chicken over a bed of cooked pasta and spoon the creamy sauce over the top.
– Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
– Optionally, serve with steamed vegetables on the side.
