Ingredients:
For the blackened chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For assembling the nachos:
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:
1. Prepare the blackened chicken:
