Easy Fish Tacos with Mango-Pineapple Slaw

Ingredients:

For the fish tacos:

  • 1 pound firm white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: avocado slices, chopped cilantro, lime wedges

For the mango-pineapple slaw:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and julienned
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fish:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
