Easy Malai Kulfi

Ingredients:

– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
– 1 cup evaporated milk
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
– 1/4 cup chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, or cashews)
– 2 tablespoons rose water (optional)
– Kulfi molds or small paper cups
– Wooden sticks (if using paper cups)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Kulfi Mixture:
– In a large mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and sugar.
– Whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved.

2. Add Flavoring:
– Stir in the cardamom powder and rose water (if using).
– Mix in the chopped nuts, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

3. Freeze the Kulfi:
– Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small paper cups.
– If using paper cups, cover the top with aluminum foil and insert a wooden stick through the center of the foil.
– Place the molds or cups in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely solid.

4. Serve:
– To remove the kulfi from the molds, dip the bottom of the mold in warm water for a few seconds to loosen it.
– If using paper cups, simply peel away the paper.
– Serve the kulfi immediately and enjoy!
