Ingredients:

– 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– Juice of 1 lemon
– 1 tablespoon tomato paste
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon ground cumin
– 1 teaspoon ground coriander
– 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions:

1. **Marinate the Chicken:**
– In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
– Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
